HENNA

Henna tattoos are now being offered at the Spa at Rec at the Cook/Douglass Rec Center. Traditional and modern henna patterns will be available.  All henna is created using USDA organic henna powder from a plantation in Rajasthan, India. Henna is derived from the leaves of a henna plant that contain a natural red dye commonly used for skin and hair. There are no additional chemicals or dyes added so henna is safe for use by all.  Our henna stain lasts a total of 3-4 weeks and will start to fade after 2 weeks of application.  The cost is $5 per henna tattoo.  Open hours will be available on the following days:  Mondays, 3/30, 4/13, and 4/27 from 2-6pm in the Wellness Room at the C/D Rec Center.  Appointments are on a First Come, First Serve Basis.
