Mixed Martial Arts (Octagon Training, MMA, Muay Thai)
Rutgers fitness offers a full ultimate training program. Classes cover beginner to advanced technique used in ground and stand-up fighting. Please see the Fall 2009 Recreation Class Brochure for additional information and to register. Registration begins Wednesday, September 2nd at noon at recreation.rutgers.edu and in person at the College Avenue Gym. Private training sessions are available.
