Ease Of Use

  • The equipment is easy to use by any person.
  • All the settings the user has to touch are coded in yellow.
  • Where possible, the same adjustment controls are located in the same position on all equipment.
  • The complete line is designed to reduce the number of settings needed before starting exercises.

Ergonomic Design

  • In-depth studies have led to the design of padding that are comfortable and provide correct posture.
  • “Ergo Multigrips”, featured on all equipment, have a special non-slip texture and anatomical moldings and a truncated cone shape that permits a perfect grip for any size of hand.
  • Many pieces of equipment also feature neutral grips, designed to facilitate use by those with limited movement capabilities.

Natural Movements

  • The machines perform movements very similar to natural body motions.  They are derived from studies of the functional anatomy of individual muscles and their action in compound movements.
  • The scope of movement caters for users of any stature.
  • Due to even resistance throughout the range of motion, the equipment feels “fluid”, comfortable, and safe for the user.

Variable, Natural Resistance

  • The machines have been designed in order to vary the resistance according to the body’s varying ability to produce force.
  • The movements of the entire resistive equipment line have been tested with the experience Technogym™ has accumulated over the years in rehabilitation.
  • All movements involve limited movement of the weight stack, thus minimizing forces of inertia and maintaining high tension on muscles during all phases of exercise.
