New Beginnings

At New Beginnings you’ll experience a more enjoyable way to get in shape. Leave the boredom and drudgery behind. The brightly colored studio, the friendly staff, and the lively music all combine to give you a lift every time you and your friends visit. It’s a fun, fast way of getting a 30-minute workout into your busy, hectic day.
Workout Routine: The workout regimen is easy to learn. Jump in at any point in our 10 station circuit, work hard for 30 seconds on a hydraulic machine, when the music changes, recover for 30 seconds on a platform or step doing an exercise of your choice. It couldn’t be easier. There’s no difficult exercise to learn, no weight stack to adjust or free weight you have to search for. No previous experience or skill is needed. Just step up to the machine and move it as quickly as possible.

Attend any of 8 weekly classes for 9 weeks* (02/04-04/10) for $25. *No classes will be held the week of 03/17 for Spring Break.
