Group Initiative Course

Registration for the Big Chill 2009 has begun. Click to Register Now!

The Group Initiatives Course offers an experiential approach to leadership skills, group interaction and teamwork. Your group may be asked to swing across an imaginary canyon, pass through a giant spider’s web, or blindly navigate a three-dimensional mine-field.

The group’s response to each challenge often reveals insights into their ability to work together, to communicate and to creatively solve problems. By discussing these activities, the group can draw analogies and develop strategies for real life situations.
