The main theme of intramural sports is friendly participation. The conduct and eligibility rules are designed to serve as a guideline for enjoyable and fair participation. They are not designed with the intent of punishment or discipline to any individual, but merely to insure that these rules are upheld. To this end, we expect/require your support and compliance to allow a positive experience. In cases in which these rules do not cover the situation, common sense and the spirit of the rules will apply. This is at the discretion of Mr. Fischbach.

Section I. Eligible Participants

In an effort to maintain the high integrity of the Intramural Sports Program and ensure fair competition, current or former members of Intercollegiate teams at Rutgers University or current Sport Club members are eligible for participation in their respective sport or corresponding intramural sport under certain stipulations only. Such stipulations will limit the amount of players allowed to play at one time. General limits are less than 1/2 of players on the field may fall under these categories of athletes.
