Although our program has a mix of fitness and competitive swimmers, we do want to extend the offer to participate in competitions through USMS. In order to do so, you must purchase a USMS membership through the NJ-LMSC before entering the swim meet. You can register at NJ USMS Membership Website or you can download the registration form below. After registering through NJ USMS, you can begin to compete. We can set up a training regiment and taper period to get optimal performance during your meet. Please speak with your coach to further plan.
