Free one hour private training sessions, supervised by a certified personal trainer, are available, for official Rutgers sports clubs, once a week. The trainer will design a workout for your team and lead you through it. The trainer can also lend guidance as to how you should be training in our fitness centers when you are on your own. Our trainers can also analyze your teams physical weaknesses and help your team improve its overall performance. We can help your team become more athletic.
