Exercise advice:  Something is always better than nothing!  Schedule your workouts like you would anything else important in your life.  Find a workout partner for accountability and motivation.  Change/diversify your workouts to challenge your body (and mind).

Typical weekly workout:  Yoga 2x/week, full-body circuit training 2x/week, walking with baby and/or dog when time and weather permit.

Some things I have done/do:  I have lived in 6 U.S. states and 3 countries.  Some highlights from my time in more than 20 different countries: hiking, climbing, swimming, jumping, and sliding down the 27 waterfalls of Damajaqua in the Dominican Republic; hiking active and inactive volcanoes in Costa Rica; climbing the Eiffel Tower; swimming in the Dead Sea; camel riding in Morocco.  Becoming and being a mom!

Workout goal:   Fight the aging process (avoid loss of bone, muscle, strength, and flexibility).  Lose baby weight, re-gain strength, muscle, and endurance lost from pregnancy and C-Section recovery.

Pet Peeves in the Gym:  People who lift more weight than than can handle with proper form e.g. the pelvic thrust bicep curl and hip lift chest press.  Loud moans, groans, yelling and swearing - does that really make you stronger?  People who don't clean up after themselves - weights, plates, magazines, and sweat.  Water bottles that hold enough water for more time than you should be spending in the gym.

What I am looking for in the "Top Trainer" workouts:  Creativity, diversity, balance, and functionality.  Something that challenges multiple aspects of fitness - strength, edurance, cardio, stability/balance, flexibility.
